Limitation of Liability

Home Centric SA (Pty) Ltd including any of it's affiliates, partners or agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential injury, loss or damages which might arise from the incorrect assembly of the products that require assembly or the use of products in a manner not in keeping with it's intended purpose or use.

You hereby indemnify the company against any loss, claim or damage which may be suffered by yourself or any third party arising in any way from any of the actions or instances described above.
