Delivery Policy

We offer nationwide delivery and delivery charges are dependent on the shipping specifications of your order. It is vital that delivery details are accurate and clear and that the recipient is available at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery details which may result in your delivery not being fulfilled. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Our products are shipped within 5-7 working Days through our dedicated courier service. We must be notified as soon as reasonably possible (within 48 hours upon receiving delivery) in respect of any damages incurred whilst in transit with our courier service. Please be sure to include as much information as possible, including supporting images that will assist us with the above.
